Rule 32
Installment amount can be reduced only by submitting proof
In case of submission of the following proofs to the department, deduction can be filed from the installment amount calculated according to sub-section (1) of section 94 of the Act up to the amount proved by that evidence:-
(a) Tax deduction certificate issued in accordance with sub-section (1) of section 91 in case of advance tax deduction as per paragraph-17 of the Act,
(b) Bill, reimbursement of approved medical treatment expenses for medical treatment for tax matching claim.
